Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return window from the date you received your order.

Return Requirements

To ensure we can process your return smoothly, please make sure:

  • The item is in its original, unworn condition
  • All tags and original packaging are included
  • The item is free from any wear, odours (perfume, deodorant), stains, or alterations

As a small brand, we carefully inspect each return to maintain our quality standards for all customers.

Refunds

Once we receive and approve your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within approximately 5 business days.

Exchanges

Love the piece but need a different size? We're happy to help! Since our collections feature limited pieces with varying stock availability, here's the quickest way to secure your new size:

  1. Return your original item following the process above
  2. Place a new order for your preferred size

Need it urgently? Heading to a special event or working with a gift deadline? Reach out to us at info@thecraftloom.com, and we'll do everything we can to expedite your delivery.

Delivery

We're excited for you to receive your authentic Craftloom piece! Orders ship the next business day, with delivery typically taking:

  • 1-2 days within the Netherlands
  • 1-5 days for international orders

Shipping costs vary by destination.

Received a Damaged Item?

We package every piece with care, but if something arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at info@thecraftloom.com within 36 hours of delivery, and we'll make it right immediately.
