Shipping Policy

We at TheCraftLoom know how important it is for you to receive your purchased products in excellent condition and on time. We use a reliable network of couriers to deliver your items as efficiently as possible within Needalland.

• Domestic Orders: For orders within Needalland, products are delivered within 5-7 working days after dispatch from our warehouse. Please note that unexpected circumstances, such as public health advisories, may impact delivery times slightly.




• Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all products, provided your order meets the minimum order value. A shipping fee of €1.00 will apply to all orders below €12.00.




• Refunds for Shipping Issues: Should your order be canceled before dispatch or lost in transit, we will refund the entire order amount, including any shipping charges.




• Shipping Partners: We use trusted couriers like Shiprocket, Xpressbees, Delhivery, E-comm Express, DTDC, Needalland Postal Services, and Bluedart for shipping throughout Needalland. All orders are shipped by ground transport.




• International Orders: For international orders, we collaborate with some of our domestic courier partners. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email before placing an international order to ensure a seamless process.
